![]() On the other hand, the analytical calculations (typically more slow) may produce the exact values for arbitrary large angular momenta. Recently a number of papers have been published on this topic. Stevenson presented the Java Applets to calculate analytically the Clebsch–Gordan coefficients and 3 j, 6 j and 9 j symbols. Wei has developed the FORTRAN implementation of a programs' suite to calculate exactly the 3 j, 6 j and 9 j symbols. Fritzsche implemented graphical rules to generate the sum formula expressing the recoupling coefficient as a sum of products of the Wigner 6 j and/or 9 j symbols multiplied by phase and square root factors within the framework of MAPLE. In the present paper we describe the Scheme implementation of the program to calculate analytically the Clebsch–Gordan coefficients, 6 j and 9 j symbols, and general recoupling coefficients by a direct evaluation of the sum formulas. ![]() The Scheme programming language has the built-in functions for operating with extremely large numbers and may successfully cope with the problems of overflow associated with the calculation of large factorials involved in the analytical calculation of angular momentum group coefficients. The program offers a platform-independent graphical user front end which allows a user-friendly calculation of the coefficients under consideration. In Section 2 we present the expressions employed in calculating the coefficients. Section 3 describes the structure of the program. The use of the program itself is described in Section 4. ![]() ![]() As cool as the way the levels are designed, it can get incredibly disorientating and confusing in the heat of the action as to where we are, as well as where we’re being attacked from or where we need to go to complete an objective. The premise is enticing, but in practice I found myself underwhelmed. Each level ends in a boss fight, with a massive health bar needing draining to win. Spawning in waves – themselves having different win goals, such as survive for a minute or kill only one type of enemy – they come in all shapes and sizes, and can be tricky to keep track of thanks not only to the numbers on screen but also the twisty levels letting them drop off of the horizon in the blink of an eye, only to pop back up behind us. It’s all well and good having decent kit, but the enemies don’t make things easy for us. This gives our weapons a speed and power boost for a short duration, and is all but essential for when we’re getting overwhelmed. We also have an overcharge meter built by collecting energy from defeated enemies. Making the best use of weapon pick-ups and stat increases is key to success. Initially we’re only able to hold two at a time, but various upgrades can be applied after successfully clearing a stage that allows us to hold more, as well as increase stats like weapon damage, health, or speed. Some weaker ones have infinite ammo, while other, more powerful fare will run out after a time. We’re able to pick up a large variety of weapons to use, each with different stats and abilities such as the Mini Rocket launcher, Javelin, or Sand Blaster. Movement is satisfyingly responsive – maybe a little too much at times – and combat is at least visually pleasing too. ![]() Our craft moves at a pretty rapid rate, and using twin stick controls we can strafe and swivel to attack enemies approaching from all angles. The play areas are designed is such a way as to let us move around the entirety of them, with us going up, over, and under asteroids, bendy space stations and more. The premise is simple: in 3D space we manoeuvre a space craft around a play area while shooting anything that moves. On the other, it’s incredibly disorientating to play, and I found myself only able to stomach it in very short bursts. On the one hand, the action is fun enough on paper, with lots of fast action and explosive gun fights. ![]() NOTE: The game says Slimelung starts dying at ≤10☌ and ≥100☌, but it actually starts declining at ≤20☌ and ≥90☌. Slimelung can be treated with a Medical Pack crafted at an Apothecary, which must be administered by a duplicant with the Bedside Manner skill in a Sick Bay. The deodorizer do not remove the germ but they will die slowly in the clean air.ĭuplicants carrying Slime past an Ore Scrubber will stop and clean it, however slime often starts with up to 900,000 germs of Slimelung, and a single Scrubber kills 480,000 germs, meaning the Slime will need to be cleaned twice to be fully disinfected.ĭuplicants wearing Atmo Suit do not breathe the environment gas and are immune to germs. This is rather inconsequential due to low number of germs, but the coughing may interrupt jobs or sleep and can infect other duplicants who breathe in the polluted oxygen.ĭeodorizer can purify the Polluted Oxygen into Oxygen, and reduce the germ number. Additionally, ill duplicants will cough occasionally, producing a cloud of polluted oxygen at their feet containing 1000 germs each time. This stacks with inability to breathe due to lack of Oxygen in air, causing affected duplicants to be particularly badly suited to operating in low-oxygen environments. While ill, the duplicant will lose air at faster rate (-1% per second) than they passively regain it, forcing them to forcefully cough once in a while. While inhalation and surface contact with heavily contaminated materials can quickly infect a duplicant, consuming items with Slimelung has no effect (beyond the exposure from handling it). When Duplicants breathe the Polluted Oxygen infected with Slimelung germs, they have a chance to be infected at the start of next cycle. Slime tiles are generally generated infected and quickly infect surrounding solid tiles, then infect the nearby gases with puffs of infected Polluted Oxygen once dug out. ![]() Large clouds of Polluted Oxygen may quickly become infected with dangerous amounts of this germ. I'm not just talking about trendy exclamations like "Good golly, Gertrude!" and "Holy hamburgers, Henry!" Those are certainly fair game, of course, but I'm thinking more about the sorts of things you type repeatedly as part of your work day - addresses, phone numbers, the current date, or any other bits of text you send over and over to clients, colleagues, and/or lifelong foes. We've talked before about text expanding tools for Android that can save such phrases and then make them easy to insert anywhere, with minimal effort, on your mobile device. How to use chrome auto text expander for android# When it comes to the desktop, though, those utilities tend to be limited to traditional operating systems like Windows and MacOS and not designed for contemporary, browser-centric use - which also means they aren't available on Chrome OS. There is, however, an excellent text expansion tool that runs right in Chrome and works on any system where is Chrome is installed - including, yes oh yes, a Chromebook. And whether you're using Chrome OS some or all the time or even just looking for a simple time-saving solution that lives in your browser and syncs automatically across multiple devices, it's an add-on well worth incorporating into your workflow. The tool is called Text Blaze, and while it's technically still in beta, it's been working incredibly well for me both on Chrome OS and within Chrome on Windows. It's super-easy to set up, too: Once you've installed the extension and connected it to your Google account (which is what allows your snippets to sync automatically and always be available on any device where you're signed in), you just open your dashboard - by clicking the Text Blaze icon in your browser's address bar or by visiting this link - and there, you can create and manage all of your text replacement snippets. JRĬreating a new snippet is as simple as clicking the blue "+" button in the upper-left corner of the screen. You can also edit any existing snippet (including a series of sample snippets provided when you first install the program) by clicking its title in the "My Snippets" column on the screen's left side. ![]() How to use chrome auto text expander install# When you're creating or editing a snippet, you give it a description - for your own future reference - and give it any shortcut you want. That shortcut is a critical piece of the puzzle, as it's what you'll type in order to make your snippet appear. I'd suggest using a slash, asterisk, or some other special character along with a number, letter, or short series of numbers and letters you want it to be something that's quick and easy to hammer out but also something that you won't type inadvertently in any other context and cause your snippet to appear when you don't actually want it. How to use chrome auto text expander series# If you don't like remembering commands or maybe just occasionally forget them, by the way - hey, it happens to the best of us! - you can also insert any snippet by right-clicking in a text field anywhere on the web and selecting "Text Blaze" from the menu that pops up. That'll let you look at a list of all your snippets and then pick whichever one you want to use.
